How are manga and comic artists able to draw the same characters in different situations and different poses?

I feel like if I were to draw a manga or comic, the character would look like a slightly different person in each frame.

Some of it is hand drwn and some of it is digital.

If the artist has captured the face and the body of the character, they can just re-create the same character in a different pose using the help of computers.

Yet, some are so good they dont even require digital assistance.

To be a successful mangeka or comic artist, you have to be able to draw the same things over and over again with great consistency otherwise the quality of your work will drop dramatically.
