Dark Avengers is excellent! It’s about a group of villians posing as heroes. There’ve only been like 12 issues so far. You can get the 1st graphic novel that has the first 6 issues. Issues 7 and 8 you don’t need to read. They’re filler issues that cross over into Uncanny X-Men. Then you can pick up with issue 9 (the back issues aren’t hard to find) or wait until Feb. for Vol. 2.

Really depends on your taste, my favourite runs from the last couple of years are ‘Captain America’ by Ed Brubaker. There are over 60 issues to get through though, and some of the earlier issues may be tough to track down, unless you go for the collected trade paperbacks. It’s an excellent series though and unlike many of the other books Marvel puts out, you don’t need to read 3-4 other titles to follow it! Of a similar quality is ‘Invincible Iron Man’ which has only been running for a couple of years so should be easier to get hold of, its more rooted in the current continuity but should still be easy enough to follow.
