The first two …
The first two seasons of this show weren’t that bad! No, it wasn’t anywhere near B:TAS, but it didn’t pretend to be! It was just a solid Batman show….then it got “off-track”…

Yes, but the phrase …
Yes, but the phrase “The Batman theme” refers to the actual theme of Batman from an actual Batman show.
Since “The Batman” does not count due to it’s iness, a title like, “Theme to that bullshit wannabe Batman cartoon nobody watched” would be more appropriate.

I whole heartedly agree with Warrior boy. I thought we were going to get the Batman: The Animated Series opening music.

This video’s title …
This video’s title is very misleading. I thought this would be a comparison between the REAL Batman cartoon and the pile of known as “The Batman”.
Only after watching the vid do I see it’s a comparison between two massive piles of .
It’s simple: if Kevin Conroy isn’t playing Bruce Wayne, then it’s not a Batman cartoon.
Any Batman cartoon that hasn’t had Kevin Conroy as Batman has been . The Batman and Batman: Brave and the Suck both prove this.

i like the new one …
i like the new one better, but i think the older one was better suit for The Batman. It was kinda eerie and dark, and has that whisper at the end (The Batman……….)_ i think that scared alot of the younger kids though so they changed it and made it more upbeat.

Hmm, the newer …
Hmm, the newer theme seems to be faster and more ‘bright’, if you know what I mean, while the old one is more dark, sinister and fitting., but, it’s just a matter of personal opinion.

they are both great but the original is cool

Well I like both …
Well I like both theme to be honest. From the old one I like how they were showing the villians like that. The new one’s beat was cool too. It also had that epic shot of Batman jumping back and turning into bats. Weather you hate the new theme or not you have to admit that shot was pretty epic

I agree 100%
Neither is bad. Both themes…like any Batman incarnation… are good in one way, and bad in another.
In all cases…Batman rules. I’m even finding time to accept the Brave and the Bold. I didn’t like the throwback style at first. But ya gotta accept it for what it is. It’s not so bad.

Thats the engine?

I like both of them …
I like both of them. Each one has its strong points; the newer one has a sweet beat and showcases the villains all at once, but the original had a good build up, showcases the villains individually, and the ending was sweeter (the batmobile engine reving “The Batman”). So, tough for me to say which one is truly better or not.
